Rates
$90 per 50 minute session
$130 per 75 minute session
$175.00 per 100 minute session
$150.00 per hour for behavioral observations
$150/hr Letter/report writing
Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Discounts available for services paid in
advance: 4 sessions prepaid = $330.00
Sliding Scale fee is available on for low income clients.
Divorce Counseling: Frequently, the courts require counseling to occur during the process of divorce
and custody cases. Insurance can be utilized for these sessions, however additional costs may be
incurred that are the responsibility of the parties involved. I will need to know in advance of therapy
starting if you will need court evaluation, reports, or appearances.
Letter to court - (Charged at regular rate) $150/hr
Phone Calls regarding the case- $100/hr
Court Appearance - $1000 for 1st half day, $500 for every half day thereafter
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please
check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
I am a preferred provider for Blue Shield, Aetna, Humana, MultiPlan, PHCS, and Coventy. Other
insurance companies are pending - please ask. I can bill these companies directly and collect your co-
payment from you at the time of service or I will give you a form for you to submit to your insurance
company for reimbursement. For other insurance carriers I can provide you a statement that you can
submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Payment Methods
Cash, check and credit cards (through PayPal - 3% fee added) are accepted for payment. Payment is
due at time of services. To use PayPal for credit cards click the link below. You will need to sign up for
a PayPal account to use this service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in
advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
